Having worked at three Am Law 100 firms, including as a Director of Business Development and Practice Management at two of the firms, her greatest value is understanding how firms make hiring decisions and how to make her candidates shine in the hiring process, often with ample business development counseling as part of the equation.
A native Houstonian and active recruiter in Texas and other core markets, half of her work is in Washington, D.C., where she lived for 14 years with her lawyer husband. These years launched her career in the legal industry and gave her a deep understanding of the legal and policy arenas and the innerworkings of Capitol Hill and the Executive Branch, giving her a true appreciation of the “revolving door” in D.C.
