As a former Director of Communications at one of Houston’s premiere boutique litigation shops, I have first-hand experience with the ins-and-outs of both boutique and BigLaw life and how lateral hiring decisions are made. This insider knowledge gives me a competitive edge over other recruiters in the market; I know what firms want and where attorneys will be most successful. I like to say I’m the Olsen twins of legal recruiters. It’s an “IYKYK” kind of deal: I’m that quiet luxury, low-key, never in-your-face recruiter who knows about all the most highly coveted, nearly-impossible-to-get jobs out there – but I have the connections to make it happen.
