The Saltu team ran an anonymized marketing process to a variety of firms. This is where they anonymize my experience and resume and work with firms to see if there is interest, effectively opening a position for me. I liked this process because I didn’t have to wait around for a position to be posted on a website. Additionally, I didn’t appear stale by throwing my resume around without a need. Only when there was a true need did a firm receive my information and I feel that played to my benefit. One additional bonus was the Saltu office was in the same building as some of the firms I met with. I used their space to interview prep with the team, have a cup of coffee, and dial in.
