What’s up, I’m Key. I started Saltu (formerly Key Choice Recruiting) after noticing a problem with legal recruiting. Most of the recruiters I saw had no ties to the AmLaw 200, didn’t understand the difference between debt or equity capital markets, and failed to understand the nuances between private equity and M&A. Not good. It seemed like a no-brainer to me – to help people find the best gigs, you have to get to know them and the industry like the back of your hand. Law firms took notice of our white-glove style of recruiting, and the rest is history.
